What is your Soul Aligned Purpose?

There are a lot of buzz words thrown around these days and they can begin to lose their meaning after awhile. Catchy sentences and words that hint at something special and then usually fail to deliver.

You might be wondering if ‘Soul Aligned Purpose’ is another one.

These days I am much more careful with the words I choose even within content that may only reach a small group and be read for a few minutes. Too much of the information out on social media is more concerned with sensationalising than serving…which quite nicely brings me to exploring with you today’s topic.

Soul Aligned Purpose - the mission you have chosen to share with the world which is in full integrity with you mind, body and soul.

And while it isn’t simply for those in business - I know my audience and so we will discuss it through the entrepreneurial lens.

It is important to realise that at the core of this concept is choice. Your choice. You are not beholden to create, deliver and serve the world, or anyone, if it is not what you desire.

No obligation.

No pressure.

No prizes.

More importantly - there is no moral high ground for anyone who wants to create a business or impact a wider slice of the world.

However, if you are out there and you feel a calling to do something bigger and bolder in the form of a business - let this be a phrase that you carry with you on that journey. Your Soul Aligned Purpose prioritises your wellbeing and integrity as much as your profit and your impact.

A Soul Aligned Purpose includes:

1. A deep knowledge of your self.

2. A steady moral, ethical and spiritual compass.

3. A personal and professional vision and mission.

4. A flexible approach that grows as you do.

The beauty in working this way is not only feeling great because you are in integrity in all areas but you are also creating a life and business that is based in authenticity. Which is important to attracting and maintaining connections with your ideal clients and colleagues. As well as helping you travel down a path of least resistance because it is based in who you are as a person - rather than creating a system that you need to mould yourself to fit into.

What could operating with a Soul Aligned Purpose do for you and your business? Let me know in the comments below.
