I used to wait.

For a sign.

For permission.

For certainty.

For everything to feel right.

I thought if I waited long enough, I’d wake up one day brimming with energy, clarity and unshakable confidence...or at least no more excuses. That day never came.

Instead, I woke up exhausted from the waiting.Tired and fed up of hoping for something (and mostly someone...no wonder my dating life was a disaster) outside of me to make it all easier.

What I’ve learned - and what I want to share with you - is this...

You don’t need a sign... You don’t need permission...

What you need is to decide. To choose yourself. To stop waiting for perfect conditions and start curating - consciously creating - the energy that will carry you forward.

When you decide to create your dream life things will begin to change rapidly.

This week, I want to challenge you.

And while it WILL be a challenge, I know you're up for it AND capable of it.
