Let Your Intuition Scale Your Business

If you are in business this probably caught your attention.

Scaling means growth.

Scaling means more clients.

Scaling means more income.

Scaling means something is working!

The tricky part is there are about as many ways to scale your business as there are types of businesses and this can actually lead to overwhelm, stress and NOT scaling. Hands up if that’s you.

So, where does intuition come into it?

The importance of intuition as a tool in your business arsenal in my opinion is unquestionable.

Being able to rely on your intuition is a sign that you have a healthy relationship with yourself: there’s respect, understanding and trust.

When you are a good self-listener you will be able to ask yourself business questions and get an answer that aligns with where you are now and where you want to be later.

If you haven’t already starting checking in with your intuition regularly I’d recommend starting with these other posts (here, here or here) Or checking out the dozens of videos over in my Free FB Community HERE.

To bring it back to scaling, we need to think about a few key elements in your business. Don’t write down what you THINK you should do - ask your intuition to lead the way.

1. Do you have a solid foundation?

This means you are clear on what you do, who you help and how you help them.

You can’t skip this step.

2. How do you want to grow your business?

Get clear on the size, style and set up of your mature business.

There is no point in scaling the amount of 1:1 clients you have if your goal is to have a flexible and mostly non-contact type of business.

3. Do you have the resources to scale?

Now that you’re clear on how you want to scale you need to make sure you have the time, money, resources and capacity to actually implement it.

Trust the answers that come through for you. There might be some answers that surprise you and others that don’t match up with your prediction and that’s okay.

It is better to go at your own pace then try and race at someone else’s.

Trusting your intuition is always an empowering (and sometimes scary activity) so let me know how you went with this one. If you need help - simply share it in the comments too!

And if you know that this conservation needs to go further so that you can go further too, join our community over on FB.
