A lot of my clients prior to meeting me did not identify (and many still don’t) as intuitive, witchy or even spiritual.
They are just normal women with normal lives - it's not magical!
It’s too woo-woo
It’s just not their cup of tea
It’s a little…weird for an adult...right?
You don’t have to be a witch to have rituals!
Right, now we've gotten that out of the way we can get down to it...well, actually, let's back up a little bit.
Rituals ARE magic and CAN be done full witch - but that is no reason for people who don't identify that way to discount the power of a good ritual.
And I’ll say to you, what I’d say to them. Magic is what you make it.
This can be fun
This can be interesting
This can be a new door opening
This CAN be witchy AF - but only if you choose it to be
Rituals are a way to infuse our days with more energy, focus and intention and you can make almost anything into a ritual.
Making your cup of coffee.
Sitting down for your journaling.
Setting up your office for your next client.
Making time to unwind and relax at the end of the day.
Adding a dash of cinnamon and stirring three times...
Three deep breaths and a lit candle before beginning...
A breath of sage and your favourite song...
Low lights and a lovely read...
The benefits are many - although what I love most is the knowledge that I choose where my time, focus and energy goes and I’ll always choose to make my world just a little more magical.
